First and last time for sure. Went in for a Gel Manicure. I like everything done by hand no machines. When I went to the woman's station she didn't wrap my nails like everyone else. She put then in a bowl with nail polish remover. It took 47 mins for her to take off my old gel and when I told her there was still some left she told me not to pay just leave because I complained. My nails, my $$$, I want what I want. The worst service ever. 🤔🤤😫

New to the area decided to try this place out since its next to publix although the nail tech was nice but $30 for gel fill that ended up looking horrible due to using old methods with expired polish. I HATE the way it looks and told both people that worked on my nails the issues. Instead of fixing it after I told them my displeasure because I was spending my hard earned money they allowed me to walk out unhappy. Will never step foot near that place again. Pedicure was good though.

Such a horrible experience I couldn't wait to get out . My nail was broken and I explained to the tech that it waze broken and I need the acrylic off. After she used the machine to take off the acrylic I realized my actual nail is broken in half . So I told her I'm in pain let me just see my nail , and all she kept saying is it will grow back and automatically glued a new nail on top ! I was so furious!! She just rude and the place isn't clean at all they don't use brand new tools for each customer !! Don't waste ur time

Walked in to see 3 people at their stations watching TV ... not a customer in site, told the woman at the desk that I needed a fill & one nail was peeling back. She pointed me to the first station. The guy looked at my nails, said something to her. She came over & she said he didn't want to do it. I asked why & she said she didn't know "but he doesn't want to do it" & pretty much ushered me out. First & last time I'll go there. Hope watching TV was worth it. If I could give negative stars, I would.
