I am regular customer there.... Susan who did my nail yesterday really made me cry....... I told her please make nail long because my nail is so short.. That's the reason I always make my nail just to make it longer... But She cut very small one of my nail but i said it's fine just do good on next one but she just god mad and did as per her wish.. I got up from there and said "Mam what you did" I have been keep telling you please do not cut small but she did. She was not even apologizing what she did. That really hurt me..... She charged me full money. I paid $25 with tips $20 total of $45 writing..."Better you focus on servicing than your ego and money". I am restaurant server so believed on tips that's the reason I left tips otherwise I would have paid nothing.... Very worst experience... Never ever go there .. If you go as well make nails with other person not her.. She should learn what customer is....

Worst freaking place ever, came out with one and a half eyebrows. I have never been so pissed. Took almost 2 hours to do my daughter's nails. She ended up leaving with no polish. They refused to apologize and acted like they it looked good.

Kim is the best I have tried several other places and non compare to the quality I get from when Kim does my nail used them for years now

very very worst place and service .... told them to make longer ... she made fun size my nail... my all friends are laughing at my nail... she was being so egoistic.... please guys never ever visit there..... This made me cry... And though telling them they Didn't apologize.. if i have to again I have to pay They say me .... Thats hurts the most .....

WORST PLACE EVER!!! I have never been in a business that makes you feel unwelcome. She did a terrible job on my pedicure! She rushed through like she couldnt be bothered. They also take their tips out of your money watch out!. Find another place to do business!
