Arrived for my initial appointment about 5 minutes early only to find the receptionist window closed and dark. About ten minutes after my appointment time, I was given my initial paperwork, that I couldn't complete because they held on to my ID and insurance cards. I'm almost approaching 30 minutes past my appointment time, sitting in a cramped lobby that has limited seating and two TVs blaring on a separate channels. This seems more like a clinic than a traditional doctor's office.

I am very happy with This clinic, I have been going there for a few years now and I will proudly say that they are both professional and caring, I-first met my now P.C.P. at Harris hospital Fort Worth when he was my fathers doctor, he went above and beyond the normal practices of most of the doctors that treated my dad
