I would give this zero stars if I was able to. My 17-year-old daughter went to the salon without my knowledge. She has short nails. When she came home she showed me her manicure. Her nails pointed up towards the ceiling and looked like claws. Unfortunately we were leaving on our trip the next day. I went back in with her when we got back. It was the one gentleman who worked at the salon. He looked at them and agreed that they did not look right. He said he would give her better tips but would charge her all over again. I politely explained to him that she should not have to pay and the correct tip should’ve been put on in the first place. He just shrugged his shoulders and let me leave. I also had an experience in which I had to get my nails taken off. The woman sent me in the chair and just started peeling them off with tweezers. Four of my nails started bleeding in the middle of my nailbed before I politely asked if she could soak them first. Seems that they are not concerned with backing up their product or having return customers. I am more upset about my daughter wasting her money. She should not have been sent out of that salon with nails looking like that. Nor should she have to pay $80 for a normal set of nails. He did explain to us that he wouldn’t charge her to take them off. We just soaked them and easily took them off at home. Very disappointed and surprised.

7:05pm No other customers present. I just wanted a basic manicure and was told they were closed. Confused I checked on Google and it said 7:30pm. 7:10pm I returned to inquire. The lady present grabbed my wrist (I pulled my hand away and told her not to touch me) and told me her manager had gone to SeaTac and told her she could close 7:15pm.
I'd like to "zero" star if possible!

I wanted stiletto nails with this irradesent powder over a pink polish. I got these done on 7/2/2018. These are gel nails. Upon getting this done, the lady made my cuticle bleed and went on as if nothing happened. She rushed filing down my nails and are uneven where she filed them. When she put on the powder, she did it very fast and is not only streaky, but is not applied on the edges/tips/base so it looks really tacky. It is now 7/6/2018 and for the last 2 days my nail on my middle finger is already beginning to peel. This was a very disappointing experience from beginning to end. The final cost was about $55 for it to turn out like garbage. I guess this was a mistake on my part for thinking Walmart would have something good to offer me at a decent price.

Moved to Washington almost 5 years ago and have been coming here every 2 to 3 weeks since... never had a bad experience always take family in when they come to visit to get a mani pedi and they always love it!!!

this place is the only salon I go to and it’s amazing. They do a nice job on both pedicure and manicure. The employees are nice and joyful. I have never had a bad experience. Lovin it.
