The serenity. If you want a nice tranquil walk out in the woods. This is one of my favorite places. The views are just stunning. It's really not all to be either on a really hot sunny day as there's some places that you'll feel nature's own AC. It's flowing that mountain breeze through the Rocks opening.

Went hiking up to Hansen Creek to do a little rockhounding. Got these great crystals while up there. Always good people up there to help you know what to look for! Happy trails

WOW! Beautiful hike. Passed several people and all of them mentioned the rattle snake up ahead. Beautiful river and trees and mountains.

Excellent signage on the roadway and trails. The ranger we encountered was very friendly and helpful. The Cross country trails look like they offer a good variety of easy to difficult options. Are snowshoe trail was interesting and in pretty good condition to spike no snow for several weeks. Overall, it looks like an excellent national Forest area.

Very quiet enthralling Experience. American Bald Eagles to be seen. A fun family gathering place.
