I recently visited Kelly Nails and Spa and it was nothing short of perfection. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a calming ambiance. The salon was impeccably clean and the decor modern and chic. They were super busy and I was a walk-in with no appointment and they were still able to get me in and done within an hour and a half. My nail tech was incredibly skilled and attentive, taking the time to ensure every detail was perfect. They listened to exactly what I wanted to make my nails look even better than I imagined. My nails turned out stunning! The whole experience was incredible and I will definitely be returning in the future. If you’re looking for a nail salon that offers exceptional service and talented technicians this is the place to go!

Kevin is amazing. I’ve been trying to find a good nail salon and I finally found it they are amazing. This place is absolutely my favorite. I’m doing my nails for my wedding on November and I’m bringing 25 people for them because how amazing they are cannot wait to come back. ❤️🤍

Kelly overcharged me by $10 from the website price for my nails and would not give me a refund over the phone. The black is sheer which is not what I wanted and I couldn’t tell in the store. I got Gel X and she overused the product so it spilled over onto my fingertips and burned my skin when it was cured. She also cut one of my cuticles with the rotary tool. I said multiple times that it burned and she said it was because my natural nail was too thin and short. The undersides look completely unfinished because of all of the spill over. I understand my nails are short but there was too much gel used. If they were too short why did she do them. There was also a dead cockroach under the chair across from me and very poor sanitation. They were reusing washcloths for every customer and half of them were not wearing gloves or masks.

Disappointed in my service here. Although Kelly was extremely friendly, my experience was not good. There was way too much glue in the gel-x application (which can cause allergy), improper curing, and spilling of top coat around my cuticles. Each nail was cured separately under the light so my hands were under the light for basically the entire hour I was there. She stepped away every 5-10 minutes during my appointment to check out costumers, repeatedly touching cash and coming back to do my nails with ZERO hand washing and no gloves. Also using previously used files. To top it off, she and a customer besides me spent several minutes discussing their support of Trump and that they don't read "bigot news." Very uncomfortable experience. I hate to leave these types of reviews, but please do better with your sanitary standards. I came here because of the positive reviews about cleanliness here but that was not the case.

I have been a loyal client of Kelly's nails and spa for many years, and I am happy the majority of the time, however, I want to mention a few things that I've noticed going on... the prices are completely up to the discretion of the nail tech. They don't honor the prices that are posted or even the prices they have you choose from (pedicures). I had this happen with a pedicure and also with an acrylic nail fill. I am a "plain Jane", solid color and no designs, ever. My last pedicure was $20 MORE than I've ever paid for a pedicure there and for what it was advertised as. My acrylic nail fill has been $5-$10 MORE than what is advertised. It's as if they add an extra tip to the price, and then of course you tip at the end of service. I want to tip; I just don't want to be taken advantage of.
