DO NOT GO HERE! This is the most unsanitary salon I've ever been to. I still cringe when I think about my experience there.

Where do I begin?
There were two nail techs there, one was occupied and the other that was glued to her phone managed to pull herself away from her conversation to tell me that someone would be with me in 5 minutes.
After 20 minutes and my nails still not done, I ask the STILL unoccupied technician who replies "She's coming in 5 minutes." 😒
13 minutes later, another nail tech enters the store and she starts me immediately.
Now, any one who's ever gotten a gel manicure knows that your nails HAVE to be soaked before the old gel polish can come off, right?
Not this dumb broad.
She tried to PEEL THE DAMN GEL OFF MY NAIL!!!!
When I expressed my OBVIOUS pain an discomfort, she stopped and pulled out the proper tools SHE SHOULD HAVE PULLED OUT THE FIRST TIME.
So she's filing the nails using the machine and SHES LEAVING IT ON MY NAIL TOO LONG AND MY NAIL BED STARTS GETTING HOT. 😡
Yeah, I needed to get THE HELL out of there.
I just told her to use the hand held nail file after she soaked my nails and paint them clear.
This is a horrible place, the women apparently have ZERO training and ZERO clue how to run anything except their phones.
