Thanks for the $15 manicure and $5 extra for top gel and $5 for making the nails shorter .
she paid $25 for nothing.
I really did not mind if they charge more but at least a good job .
I am sorry for trying them.

One of the worst nail salons I've been to. If i could give them zero stars, that would be a more accurate description of my experience there. FIRST of all, this is the dirtiest salon. The tubs for the pedicures are full of green and black gunk. I refused to have my mother put her feet on there, definitely a health hazard. Secondly, the seats, walls, and floors are dirty and are covered with stains! Moreover, the place smelled rancid. Next, instead of giving a proper bowl to soak my mother's nails in, they gave a bowl that they clearly eat out of. Luckily, it looked clean. Then, I was unhappy with the way the nails looked, but instead of trying to fix it, she said it's your fault and I can't do anything...she continued to paint the nails until I told her I was upset and I'm not going to pay for that. She then painted it with a different color over the previous nail and of course the result was a thick nail coat. Although I was unhappy, I was willing to pay. However they could not figure out how to use the card machine and kept insisting that it was my card. I had to walk to another a store and pull out cash with the card that they claimed did not work. I wasted so much time having to go get money and they didn't even try to comp the terrible service or give me a discount. Being the terrible establishment that they are with no regard for customer service, they charged me the full price. Safe to say I will not be returning, the worst experience I've had at a nail salon.

One of the worst manicures ever.. my nails are jacked and i have pretty nice nails..very easy to do. The lady doing my nails was rude .. avoid this place!

They reuse their tools. I waited to see if they open a fresh bag of tools for my pedicure. When I did not see that occur I question the person and she showed me an open bag that was behing her tool case. I said, "I have been watching carfully and you did not open a fresh bag." I think they keep an open bag when questioned, I will never go back. The place is very dirty, I also did not see them clean the tubs, YUK! My manicure was just a bad, she never used a scurb brush to clean under my nails. She put the gel over the dirty nail, it looked terrible. I complained and it did me no good, when I left they asked for a TIP, are you serious, I do not think so.
