I have been shopping at this Beauty Supply store for 15 years. It recently changed ownership. I tried to return samples of a conditioner that was 1/2 full.. they would not return even though it was within the time frame, I had the receipt, and it was 1/2 full. At the time of purchase, the manager said “try it out, if you don’t like it just bring it back”. I spend on an average $200-$300 in this store a month.
I will never do business here again. Very unprofessional. I was about to spend over $100 in shampoo and conditioner- Lanza products.

Lilly was so sweet today, it really Brightened my day. Keep up the good work ladies. You are all so helpful and have great customer service. I don't go anywhere else for my makeup.
