I had gone to get a refill on my acrylic nails (they were fine and still new but one was falling off) so I stop at y and b nails. While she was doing them I noticed mistakes she had made and probably hadn't noticed so I brought it to her attention multiple times and she still hadn't fixed the big problem so I just took them as is (40 dollars later not including tip) but not even 2 hr later the gel polish starts rubbing off. I decided to go ask for a refund she offered to fix them I kindly said no ( since I had already told her to fix them that day and she failed to do so) she then said if I want I full refund she would need to cut my acrylic nails off. I don't have time to stop at another nail salon to get new set on so I said no and she refused to give me my money back but I held my ground and argued with her till she gave me 50percent back (20 dollars) I was so blown away by how bad her customer service was I even asked for my tip back. Her remarks she made as I walked out were very unnecessary I know for a fact I am never going back to this place again.

The worst salon I've ever been to, their nail polishes are very old and smell so bad and they don't have any good brands , very unprofessional they didn't know what is white on white french... the lady got offended because I told her to file the nails again because they looked so bad at first , she kept saying things in her language and she was angry the whole time.
