I asked for a certain design which was just a crescent, pretty basic and she approved of the design and said she could do it. Instead, she was on the phone the whole time not paying attention and did whatever she felt like doing. So in the end I got grass on my feet... she could see the disappointment and instead of trying to fix it she said “ohh maybe next time I do for you.” Like excuse me how about right now? I got rushed to pick a color and meanwhile they’re trying to shove colors down my throat rushing me (mind you it 945 AM and I am the only customer). I kept preaching how I do not like nor want bright colors on my nails ever. What does she do? She put bright green and white grass on my feet........ Not okay with paying $100 for something I didn’t want.... I would’ve went to Varsity Nails and actually got what I wanted plus more pampering for the same damn price. Not happy and more than likely won’t be back.

A little bit shorter than I wanted, not as neat. Reasonable price. Will ask for Marla next time.

Yeah the 1st time I went it was ok. So I came back for a color change and fill. My trim down isn't even and my color is patchy in so many places and my ring finger color came out some funky red speckled color not a sparkle nude. I wasted $25 oh sorry $27 dollars. I could of made my nails look better then what they are now.

Super rude! Callef and made an appointment. Got there 5 min early. 46 min later still waiting as they have served the 6 walk ins instead of people with appointments.... I have been asked 3 times what i need and have continually been told my appointment is on hold until the walk ins are done....why make an appointment if it isnt going to be respected...mind you on top of this i asked for short square nails amd got rounded mishapen nails... Shouldnt have to babysit someone who had made a living out of this profession....very upset and will be looking for a new salon

Best nail place in town ! They always do a great job and are super friendly. I've never had a bad experience or a super long wait and the prices are clearly listed. Highly reccomend.
