Joanna seemed very nice but literally half did or completely skipped most steps of my manicure. I had to ask her multiple times to push my cuticles back and later stop her from painting and almost BEG her to cut them before continuing...something that is included in the most basic of manis & I shouldn't ever have to remind a manicurist to do :( I had to ask if she cared about the outcome of this manicure at all when the polish only half covered some of my nails. All in all a bad experience ensuring I will never return here again!

I was looking for the owner to help with something and the receptionist just hung-up on me. This is an example of very poor customer service. No matter how busy you are you have to try your best to be polite over the phone. So I'm giving them 1 star right away. Owner needs to evaluate his/her employees from time to time.

It really depends on the person. I went the first time & they did such a great job with my manicure that I decided to go back & even splurge a little on a design. It was a different girl and she butchered the job. I understand designs are hard, but at $5 per nail, warn me if you have difficulty on that design! even the base color was left bumpy & not even going from edge to edge on my nail...not to mention she left it messy.
probably will go back because that first girl was so good, but I won't be trying anyone else. (I think the first girl's name was Nicole, but not sure because she didn't have a nametag. She was great though)

The woman who did my manicure (Nicole) was great, she took her time and was very detail oriented. I would definitely go back and recommend it.

I have been going to this location for years!! I love the place. I get my waxes, manicures, pedicures and facials. The place is always clean. The staff is courtesous. I haven't had a bad experience
