If I could rate this place a 0, I would. First we made an appointment for 2 full sets of nails and 2 pedicures. A young girl did my pedicure and while an older male did my daughter's nails. My daughter asked for a full set of acrylics and had even chosen her color. The man did pink and whites. Then instead of giving me a full set, she started to just do a manicure. When I pointed out their mistake, the man made it seem like my fault....um no. Let's now cut to paying, I went with my grandmother (who is a regular there) and my daughter. My grand mother paid for herself and my pedicure and nails. I was only supposed to pay for my daughter's nails. It came time for me to pay they said 65 dollars and that was after my grandmother already paid them. WHAT?! They charged me for pink and whites, my full set AND a manicure (that they did by mistake). I paid but was annoyed and decided to take my business elsewhere. I was going to just let it go. I was compelled to write a review when I went to take my polish off of my toes to find that I now have a white fungus on my nails! Never ever ever will I go back there.

The lady who helped me told me the price of my acrylics is $22 for the set. While cleaning my nails & applying the acrylic, she asked me what shape I wanted. I told her coffin, which I get every time I do my nails. She said it would be $5 extra to get that shape....WHAT?! You have to shape them anyways, so why is it an extra $5 to narrow the ends of my nails? She said if I got another shape, it would just be the $22. Why? I let it go & proceeded to get them. After she was done shaping, I asked her to reshape the pinky fingers because they were square. She did. And they still turned out square. Once I was finished, I waited for my mom and sister. My mom used her debit card to pay for herself and her credit card to pay for my sister's. The debit card charged for my moms nails. When they went to charge my sisters nails on the credit card, the card declined so my mom asked them to just use her debit card again. Three different ladies told her no & to just put the amount of my sisters nails in the "TIP" section of her receipt. My mom didn't want to because she keeps her receipts and she just wanted them to do another transaction with her debit card. They proceeded to tell her no, because "every time a card is swiped, the business is charged $0.25 and they didn't want to be charged again." THOSE WERE THE LADY'S WORDS. I stood up & told the lady that was talking to my mom that if it was that big of a deal, I would walk out to my car and get a quarter. I told them to swipe her card or she wasn't going to pay. A QUARTER?! To have a business, you should know that you must spend money to make money. So sacrificing $0.25 for every mani/pedi/wax, is not a big deal because you're making profit. I would never go back. My acrylics aren't smooth- they're bumpy & my pinky nails aren't the shape I paid extra for them to be.

The people are nice, the prices are about average.
