So I have been going here for a few months. The men take their time on your nails, most of the time. Typically I get just a color and a glitter nail and pay 35$ for a fill. Yesterday I called and asked if there was a wait and they told me to come in and they will take care of me right away. I come in and they tell me just a couple min, well 45 min later they finally told me to sit down. I took it in stride because this hadn’t happened before. Well finally a lady walked into the door at sat where they sat me. She acted like she was late, like she didn’t have time to do my nails or that she had better things to do. I told her what I wanted and she said I would have to get a new set and dip. I wanted white purple and silver glittered nails. I said I didn’t want that and asked for just a simple umbre then and to have the multiple colors and whatever she could do. So she quickly fills my nails, doesn’t fully file them, leaves them big and bulky and the underneath filled with acrylic. I wash my hands come back to the table thinking she was going to fix them but then she starts painting. She puts purple on and then tells me I’m done. I said this isn’t what I asked for and she says oh. I specifically showed her a picture. So then I say put glitter or something on n she files off some of the color and puts a little glitter on. She said do u like n I said I guess. I go to pay, which is 35$ each time and she charges me 40$! For what?!? The same thing I get every time?!! It was ridiculous! I literally never wanted to leave a nail shop as bad I wanted to then. It was a horrible experience. She didn’t listen to anything I said and I felt like I was inconveniencing her. I wouldn’t recommend using the women in this shop. I wouldn’t recommend this shop if you want anything spectacular on ur nails.
I have added pictures. The white purple and silver is what I Asked for. The plain purple is what I got, it wouldn’t have even had glitter if I didn’t ask.

I went here for the first time today and I left extremely satisfied!! I’m not sure what the man name was (sorry) but he was chair number 5! He did an awesome job! I’ve been a few places and this was the best yet.

I love coming here. The price is right and good service. I can always get in and out.

The Deluxe pedicure and manicure were excellent, and the woman was nice and knowledgeable.

They obviously don’t train their employees properly on how to wax eyebrows! Now I have to walk around like this until they grow back! I didn’t pay and they will never get my service EVER again! They deserve a BIG FAT 0!! Very unsatisfied!!!
