I waited 20 min, which is pretty common when you don't have an appointment. It was worth the wait! I absolutely love the shape of my nails. I went in not knowing exactly what I wanted, but the nail tech manager is very personable and easy going. She is very knowledgeable about her job. It took her a couple minutes to work with me on coming up with a shape I was happy with. She also loves what she does and will not carry products that are harmful to customers and her employees. Keep up the great work and I'll will be there again with an appointment.

I had gorgeous, full, shapely eyebrows until I allowed someone from this salon to wax them today. I have been going to this salon for over a year to get my eyebrows done and have never had a problem. Until today.
My brows are now short (no tail on the left brow), uneven, cut in too far in the center…thin…just AWFUL. I feel incredibly self-conscious. They are so bad that I will probably never get my eyebrows waxed again, even though I have been for 8 years. Now I have to figure out how to draw on eyebrows for the next month until they grow back out.

I went there 2 weeks ago to give it a try. I wanted dip powder with extensions. The lady i sat with was rude. She told me the color i picked was uneven so it wouldn’t look right and i even mentioned i would pick out something else , she told me to just do white tips even though that wasn’t what i wanted and that i should do natural nails instead of extension over and over again... i paid 45 and tipped 55 for nails i didn’t want. after 2 weeks, one nail is already chipping off bad. What a waste. Never going there again.

Made an appointment 2 days ago for today at 5. I get there, and after waiting for over a half hour, was told there was a problem with the appointments and it would be 5 more minutes. By 6 they hadn’t even started my nails. Waited an hour for nothing. As I was walking out the door, she says she’ll take me now. No thanks. Rude, rude rude people. I will never go back there. Horrible experience!

5 of 5 stars. this place is amazing. Staff were amazing and nice. They went over the top with decorating the store. It feels like you are at home. results were amazing and would absolutely come back.
