I’ve been coming to this nail shop over 4 years. Everyone in the shop is respectful and good people. They know me as “B-Minaj”. Moon does a great job on my nails, eye lashes, and eyebrows. I always get a lot of compliments on my nails, eye lashes and eye brows. I get my pedicures done here as well and receive compliments. I come to the shop every other week. Their service is wonderful. If you’re in a down mood, they sure know how to cheer you up, especially Moon. I appreciate their service and extraordinary talents 💙💙💙 .. Moon does all my color eyebrows as well. I’ve posted a few pictures.. Great atmosphere 🦄🦄🦄

Poor customer service. The place was a mess, dirty with old dirty furniture. Customers were sitting all over the place packed in waiting to be served. Magical had paper for customers to sign-in but no techs ever looked at it. Was there over three hours to a get nail polish change for $25. After sitting for an hour, I called on the phone to get a better time to come in. A male tech answered the phone and I told him I was sitting in the shop, and that I could come back when they were less busy. He asked the tech doing pedicures if she could do it and told me she can in about five minutes. The pedi tech came over fifteen minutes later using the electric nail file on my natural nails. I asked if she could soak the gel off, and she did for over an hour while she did a pedi. When she finally came back, she was wearing the same dirty plastic gloves she used to do the pedi until I told her to change them. To make a long story short, once she was done my nails looked like a child had polished them. Never again!!!

Raymond is the owners son who wears glasses closest to the door and he's wonderful. Service attitude is excellent, his work is great the overall salon appearance however needs improvement and cleanliness needs to be addressed but they do good work.

I've been going to this nail shop for about 3/4 years now and I Moon is one of the best workers there.
