I spent 90 bucks in that salon on feb 24. I had a pedicure tips and color gel. The tips broke the exact same day and what sucks is I don’t live in the area. I have visited nail salons all around the country and have never experienced such foolishness as I did in that salon. It’s overpriced and they don’t have the skills or products to do a great job. For me to spend almost 100 bucks there and the same day have 2 nails break and the nail polish start chipping is disgusting. It is now a full week later and now all of the nails have broken off. Please don’t waste your money or your time. The color gel was an extra 23 bucks and now after a week none of my nails are polished. Total waste 👎 👎👎👎👎👎

I just moved to NY and this place is so close to my apartment, I could walk. I needed a new spot so I thought they’d be perfect but boy was I wrong. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I have given this place several chances, each time I leave I’m pissed about something. They’re always in a rush, the quality of work is not there. They have limited gel colors. I really wanted to give them my business but they obviously didn’t care for it. My silk wrap plus gel nail polish start to chip in less than a week. It’s just ridiculous. I’m spending $50 each time including tip and I’m returning for repairs only to be charged again. I always make excuses for people that’s my problem. Each time they messed up I’d say to myself it’s bc they were busy or something. THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR POOR WORK WHEN IM SPENDING MY HARD EARNED MONEY. You would think a small business like that would care more about quality and not quantity. I usually don’t even write reviews. I have found a better place with more quality work. The new place is further but they’re better and even cheaper. Sorry but not sorry for this review bc I went back several times to give this place my money even though I was never 100% satisfied. I did my part.

My girlfriend has been going to this place for some time however she has finally had enough. The personnel at this place are not very welcoming and friendly with the exception of the owners daughter Jackie.
The store does not have many colors for gel nail polish and they refuse to buy more to offer a better selection.
My girlfriend goes to other nail salons occasionally to change up the color and here's the messed up part.
My girlfriend went into Pearl Nails and they got upset at the fact that she went to a different nail salon. The people at Pearl Nails then proceeded to CHARGE HER AN EXTRA FIVE DOLLARS TO REMOVE THE NAIL POLISH SINCE IT WAS DONE AT A DIFFERENT SALON. If that's not bad enough, they charged the five dollars and didn't make mention of it until AFTER THEY DID HER NAILS.
As a result, she will not be returning to this place to give them any further business. The unfriendly personalities, unprofessionalism, and poor attitudes make this place a bad idea for business. We would recommend any other place.
Getting your nails done should be a relaxing and enjoyable experience, not a hassle. Trust in this review and avoid them. Even if you don't listen and you try them out, you'll see after the first time you are there and you will probably add to my review.

Pearl nails will never get my business again. They're not professional at all, they do not acknowledge you when you walk in and they practically beg for tips.
