I’m also passing through and was looking to get my nails done. I always make my decision based on reviews but thanks to Heather’s feedback, I won’t be patronizing this ghetto place. They should consider themselves lucky I didn’t go in there, I wouldn’t have left that easy and without my money if they’ve treated me that way.

Had my nails done on 11/21/17 I'm not from the area but they had good reviews so I decided I'd go there. I like my gel done with 2 coats of each and it was a struggle to have her do what I asked. Then I noticed on sat I was outside and I looked at my nails and they turned brown! So I went back to them and just said I'm not sure why my nail color turned brown but I know sometimes people that tan in tanning beds it can discolor. Well I'm pregnant I wasn't tanning! She was very rude and unpleasant towards me trying to blame me like I had my hands in chemicals or something and was very hostile! They tried to say the reason this happen was because she did 2 coats. I've been doing gel for years that's not why! She acted as if she didn't want to fix them. So I said that's fine you don't have to fix but I'd like my money back. They said the manager was not there that they can not do that. So in the mist of all this she would not stop bickering with me and I was about to call the cops because she wouldn't stop. So I asked the guy that works there if he could please fix my nails. He took over but he would only do 1 coat "as their policy" so I still wasn't happy with the place nor should any customer ever feel mis treated like that ever. I would NOT recommend this place at all and I will be calling the Texas Dept Licensing Regulations.
