I’m a very picky person who has been driving 1.5 hours away to get my nails done somewhere I am comfortable for the past two years. Recently the drive became too much for me so I branched out and gave this location a shot and am so glad I did. The prices are good, the customer service is great, and the nail technicians definitely know what they’re doing!! I’ve been seeing Tiffany who is wonderful and so talented with her designs. 10/10 recommend this salon!! You won’t be disappointed!!

The entire staff was very warm and friendly. Tracy did my pedicure and she took her time and made sure that I felt relaxed and that my nails looked great. Nancy did my acrylics and waxed my eyebrows and she did such an awesome job. Lovely ladies that I would recommend to anyone. The prices are great since they match the quality of the service you’re getting. The place was very clean and the ambiance was soothing; I felt very pampered, so thank you! I’ll be back again soon!

I’m saddened to say I will not be returning to Cleveland Nail Spa. I have had great services from Tiffany, Nancy, and Tracy in the past, but today was not the same. Angie made me feel very uncomfortable. She was definitely trying to get me in and out so she should move on to the next customer. She was not interested in honoring my request to soak and get a new full set. She rushed through my service getting up times to do other things, answer phone, wax eyebrows, etc. She did not bother to make sure my nail lengths matched or even the same shape, nor did she even ask me what shape I wanted. I got some square and some round and some crooked. I was so upset and flustered I didn’t realize how wonky they looked until I got to my car. There was gel and acrylic product all over my skin and down the side of my thumb. I had to come home and attempt to fix my nails myself. Could’ve saved myself the $35.. do yourself a favor and go elsewhere and if you have to go there request one of the ladies I listed above.

I paid $140 for a pedi and full set. This picture is the second I walked out of the salon. It already looks grown out. I asked 3 times if the nail tech could do the design using this attached example picture, she said yes. I said it didn’t have to be exact but somewhat similar. Halfway through she continued asking how I wanted it done while zooming into the picture. Finally I just said, paint the whole nail one color. This is the worst my nails have ever looked leaving a salon. Wrong color (I even pointed out the color was too pink), wrong shape, no design and way too high of price. The gel is too thick and she didn’t even paint to my cuticle. Literally you would think this is a joke photo but unfortunately it’s not. It’s been 7 days and 3 nails easily fell off so I went Downtown Raleigh to Polished Nail bar. Worth the drive, better salon and way better price. I wish I would have said something but after being there for 2 hours and not one for confrontation, I decided to just leave.

This nail salon has amazing customer service. With the Morals of the customer is always right! They have beautiful nails and stations with friendly artists who want you to get the nails you dream of and always deliver.
