Anyway, Moments was packed! But we only had to wait a few minutes until we were both called back for our appointment. During those few minutes, we were offered water and lemonade. I was thirsty, so I liked this. The salon is big (2 stories). The only downside for this particular visit was that I was unable to see my mother the entire time. It was very loud and busy although I am told that Mondays are more calm and quiet.

Very Impressed! I saw Lauri due to my previous hair dresser being out of town and she did a great job. Explained how to deal with some of my dreaded hair issues and we brain stormed ideas. She really listened to my concerns and took the time to answer all of my questions. Needless to say, I switched salons thanks to Lauri!

I have been going to Moments Salon for a few years now, getting my hair done by Jenn P. She does an amazing job and really understands what it is that I want. I have dealt with stylists in the past that had very little experience, but Jen has 15 years plus. She is really great and the Salon is wonderful too. I always feel welcomed and really enjoy their excellent customer service.

I was desperately in need of a nail fill, and was unable to go to my regular nail tech due to work-related travel. However, my work took me to Phoenix, where I was scheduled to have an afternoon off mid-week. After reading these reviews, I phoned Moments and made an appointment with Sabrina. Thankfully she had an opening on the day I would be there.
I wasn't disappointed -- she is a true professional who really knows her stuff! She expertly thinned out my previously-too-thick acrylic, then backfilled with high-quality acrylic. At my request, she made my nails a short length, and I have to say that they are the best looking short nails I've ever had. They look beautiful, and the fact that they're nice and thin is an extra bonus. So far, they've been very durable as well -- no chipping, breaking, or lifting. Thanks, Sabrina! If I go to Phoenix again with an afternoon off, I'll be calling you!

I previously rated this salon poorly due to the interaction I had with the manager when purchasing products and I filed a complaint with DealChicken on the matter. The owner of the store made things better as they agreed to allow me to purchase additional products at the discount and when I went in to purchase she gave me a heartfelt apology for the misunderstanding. I really appreciated her going out of her way to make sure I was okay and satisfied. The interaction with her would have me return again.
