Got my mom's nails done for her. We were visiting from Texas. The person before her was in pain getting a pedicure. Then my mom went to get her pedicure and the shellac polish was so transparent. The nail tech and not the color she asked for. Then, in less than 24 hours, her shellac manicure chipped. Without her doing anything to chip the nails that she overpaid for. $85 for it to chip and have bubbles? Ridiculous.

They color and designs are the best and it’s more than 2 good nail techs there everyone do 5 star Grade A service!!

Entire staff is prompt and kind. I saw Mary and she was AMAZING!

My husband got me a gift certificate for Five Star Spa and Nails. It was for a facial, manicure and pedicure. I called ahead and asked if I could divide the services up that day and only get the mani and pedi and schedule the facial for another day. The guy over the phone said yes that would be fine and they would write on gc that the facial would be later. When I arrived to get my mani and pedi, I was greeted by a lady. I showed the gc and explained that I only wanted the mani pedi that day as discussed with the guy over the phone. She very rudely told me that it could not be divided into two days. She went on to add that it's like a combo meal, you can't go to McDonalds and get the combo but come back later for the fries. I explained that I understood it was a package; however was informed that it could be divided by the guy that answered the phone and that her tone and attitude was very unprofessional. I will never return to this place. Lastly, once I got the services, they were mediocre at best, If I could give negative stars I would.

I’ve been coming for four years . I only go to Lisa , which she is the best , I had to go to someone else and I told her that wasn’t the same color as my toes . She still put it on there and told me she didn’t want to take it off because it would be too much work . I told her , I told you that wasn’t the same color before you did it . This will be my last day coming
