Gina was 20 minutes late for the first appointment today. The mani/pedi was fine but 20 minutes is too long to wait for the first appointment.

I was a regular a few years ago. My favorite nail tech moved back to Vietnam and the next few tech's were...meh :/ So, a year went by and I went in for a pedicure and Steven did an amazing job. Went back last week, and Lucky did my pedi. Terrible job. I told him that I didn't need the massage as I didn't have a lot of time (lunch break). It was a slow day there. He (Lucky) seemed a little miffed that I wasn't going to spend $$$$ because of my time constraint...so I walked out with a crappy pedi. Thanks Lucky! Much appreciated! Steven gave me a beautiful pedicure with the same time constraints.

Worst place! Tech. name Julie unprofessional and extremely rude! She did horrible job!

The worse experience ever with a technician named Lisa. I went for mani and pedi not only was she extremely rude and disrespectful, she was rushing and pulling my hands and fingers. It was a terrible experience will not recommend.
