Best place to go to get all spa needs done. I always make my appointments right when I leave and I always leave happy. Even if there is an issue they are always happy to fix it right away.

This business is a class act. They managed to fit 3 of us in after a busy Labor Day weekend. Everyone had a pleasant attitude and did an excellent job on all 3 of us. Really appreciate it.
**One side note - to improve the looks of your business you should switch all of the lightbulbs to a warm "orange colored" bulb. The mixture of cool (white blueish) bulbs and warm (orange) bulbs had a dizzying effect while looking at them. It would look a lot more inviting having warm bulbs (it already looked like 90% of the bulbs were warm anyway) throughout the salon. Plus warm lighting makes a person look a lot better than cool lighting. Save the cool lighting for Walmart or the morgue.

I made an appointment for later in the evening, because you know- I work for a living. Upon arriving for my appointment (15 minutes early) there were 3 people just standing around doing absolutely nothing. They also made my appointment under the wrong name, my name is not Alice.
They all had a lazy attitude towards me, as if I were bothering them by being there. The guy they assigned me to came up to me (10 minutes later) and informs me that it’ll be 45 minutes to an hour before he could get to me and as he was speaking to me, he was walking away from me- rude!!!
Tell me what’s the point in making an appointment if they’re not going to be on time?! I declined his service and walked out. I didn’t want a rush job because they were staying past closing, no thanks. This place used to be great but they’ve really been slipping a lot lately. So much so that I will not be returning.

It felt disorganized to me. There was confusion as to who my daughter and I were even after being asked three times our names. My gel polish is lifting after only 3 days. Super disappointing. The pedicure was okay but I'm confused as to why a Deluxe pedi didn't include any type of exfoliation. The message on the legs felt nice. I won't go back.

I have been going to Blue Ocean for over two years now. I always book my appointments in advance and come every two weeks for a gel color change. I had an appointment today and arrived a little early. Tina asked if she could help me, and I told her I was scheduled with her at ten. She barely looked at me and said, “I am running behind so you need to reschedule”. I told her I didn’t mind waiting. She said, “no. I have someone else waiting. You can come back tomorrow”. No apology. No empathy. Just basically sorry not sorry. And, obviously I have a life and schedule appointments based off of a time that works for me. So I told her I couldn’t come back tomorrow. She told me I could come back sometime next week then, and asked her next client to come sit at her chair. She is the owner of the business and gives absolutely no sh*** for how she treats her clients. I’m not special, but I feel like it’s important to take care of your clients. She is obviously overbooking herself, and it shows. I will definitely not be returning.
