The Fifth Nail Bar on Powder Springs was still closed after the 4th of July holiday and it was my birthday so Nail Place was the next salon close to me. The woman gave me a good manicure but cut both of my big toes when she did my pedicure. She never apologized and seemed annoyed when I yelped and grimaced because it hurt. I guess she was right it was my fault, I should have gotten out of her chair when she nipped the first toe (cut me once shame on you, cut me twice shame on me). As I left the salon no one said a word they were so quiet you could hear a pin drop. I don't usually write reviews but cuts are not free!

They were very busy Sunday. It would be nice if they would provide water for those who are waiting and at least once in awhile let them know how long it's going to be. I waited for about 28 minutes but my pedicure was on point.

They decided to tag team me and the lady doing my feet decided to skip the lotion and massage. I waited a while for service then I felt rushed out. They didn't even ask which pedicure I wanted.

Worst experience ever. I came here to get my nails done for my wedding. For starters she didn't soak my fingers and remove the cubicles and excess skin, and there is still dirt under my nails. I wanted an ombre pink and white. She first started with the gel powder and couldn't do it right so then she added a fake tip to my nail. So she got started and I noticed the ombre was uneven. (when I got there I showed them a picture and asked if it could be done). I told her it wasn't right and she just continued. After she finished I still told her it wasn't right and she didn't fix it. There are gaps where gel is missing my cuticles are all cut up and the ombre is awful. Now I have to go get them redone because they are so bad. DO NOT GO HERE....
