I don’t usually write reviews but at Family Nail salon in Clarksburg the women work hard, are professional and get the job done well. A combination pedicure and manicure is $35 A uniformed woman spends an hour on your feet and legs, massaging and applying creams, hot towel and stone besides cleaning and dressing your toe nails. The manicure is pretty much the same with an extra back massage while your nails are drying. A small business with quality work is what I look for. Not much chitter chatter- right down to business. A slice of heaven in these hectic times

RUDE i went there after work to get my eyebrows done quickly before going home. The woman continued to tell me how much hair i had on my eyebrows and i may as well get my lip done too. None the less i am BLONDE. She did a less than satisfactory job on my eyebrows, leaving stray hairs everywhere. She then waxed my lip without even asking me. Then over charged me, i spent $20 for a bad wax and a service i didn't ask for. To top it off, she yelled at me when I didn't tip. I will never return.

Beautiful salon, very big and well kept. The staff are so friendly, everyone said hello and they make you feel very welcome. I had a fill and pedicure and both came out lovely. They use only the best products which I appreciate. Are there cheaper salons? Yes. But for the quality of work they are WELL worth the few extra dollars. I work in customer service so everyone sees my hands- so of course I like to keep them looking the best. This place does just that. Highly recommend!

First time here. BOTH OF US VERY UNHAPPY! Made an appointment with my friend at 4:30pm for a manicure and pedicure and myself for a fill. We showed up 15 minutes before our appointment and my friend getting a pedicure waited 45 mins soaking until someone attended her pedicure. I on the other hand got my fill and only received regular nail polish with no gel top coat to prevent chipping. I have been getting my nails done for about 10 years the same way and I have never just received regular nail polish like the way this salon did it. I then asked for the clear gel coat on top and she told me it can't be done that way and that I needed gel color. So I picked gel color and she redid the polish with the clear top get coat that I wanted and charged me an EXTRA $15 for the polish change. Did not leave the salon until 6 pm and my friend who was getting a pedicure and manicure opted out of the manicure due to how long we had to wait. Will never come back and will NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

Never go here, unless you want to overpay for bad service. On a full set of nails the cuticles are all cut up and hurt. They don't have gel, woman filed with old school files...no new equipment here. The pedicure massage was good but the chairs are old and again service is overpriced. Got soap all over my pants and it dried into a crusty mess for me to walk around with. Won't ever go back.
