“Cat eye” gel polish lasted only 5 days. I came in as a walk in and was fit in after waiting. This place could use more staff in order to decrease wait times and have a better over all not rushed outcome. 4 * because the gentleman knew what he was doing with eyebrows and did that very well.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would ! Very rude unprofessional and racist , I asked about prices which were very high for what I wanted , I was traveling in the area and explained that to him and his ride ass told me to stay with who I know I’ll bever recommend this place to anyone worst experience ever

We were greeted as soon as we walked in, was told the prices, they showed us all the nail colors as were super helpful to my 9 year old. It was her first "real" pedicure. The gave us all the royal treatment, every worker worked on us, laughed, talked, and even fixed my toenail issues. I would highly recommend this place. Make an appointment and you will love it too!

I have gone here for almost 18 years and have moved away from the area but will make the 30 min drive to come here! Best nail place with the best ppl ever! I'll never ever go anywhere else!

If i could rate ZERO stars, that would be my selection!
Iam a stickler for CUSTOMER SERVICE and I'm instinctively always grading my experiences. There was an unsettling energy when i walked through the doors. Sinage read the hours were ?-7 M-F/appointments PREFERRED but when i walked in at 5:30, I didn't expect to feel as though i was violating policy 😕! I received an immediate head turn and uncomfortable stare from ALL staff who were assisting other customers that read "what are you doing here". I asked if they were still accepting customers for the day and one responded "yeah, but how can we help you." So, I sat there for a few minutes observing their interaction with those who were being serviced and i thought "hmm....seems like they are pleasant once you're being serviced." After i was asked to have a seat and soak my hands, the gentleman immediately stepped away and started putting the initial coat of gel polish on a customer getting a pedicure. My thoughts from experience were "clearly, he's got three more coats to go."
Needless to say, I politely told them never mind and exited the building. I'm sure by the sinage "appointments PREFERRED", they must already have the customers they need and by my initial 15 minute experience, they aren't exactly interested in any new one's.
