Worst experience of getting my nails done EVER! My heel was cut and bled while getting my pedicure. My skin above my nail bed was cut and bled on my thumb when getting my manicure. "Tech" was rude. Only one tech was working. Took 2 hours and 10 mins to get a "deluxe" pedicure (nothing deluxe abour it) and a full set acrylic manicure. Hard to communicate with the tech. Charges for slightly longer nails when getting acrylic! Who does that?! Way too expensive for such a terrible outcome. I will never go back here again!

The place was empty and had a ackward silence.I went in as a last resort cause my tech was busy.I asked her for a soak off and full set with coffin shape.She gonna say 40 so i got up and left i wasnt paying a extra 5 for no coffin shape when my tech doesnt.She chased me outside to tell me she do it for 35 i said ok just for her initative to keep me.So i get in, and i changed my mind and said just soak my old acrylics off and just put acrylic on my real nails.She going to keep telling me i have to get tips.I said NO I DONT..I didnt ask for that just use my long nails.Well finally she acts like she understands.Then she filing my old acrylic down instead of soaking off..I told her im not paying for a soak off if you filing it down.She then gets a attitude and grabs acetone.She get acrylic off and starts filing with this HUGE grated drill on MY NAILBED.I told her that hurts and why would you do that on my real nails after a soak off! They were already brittle..she then starts applying acrylic...I have never seen a tech use liquidy acrylic..it slide off my nail and she piled it on..i had lumps all over my nails.She saying she was going to file it.I had 1 nail that broke so i told her put a tip on that one.COMMON SENSE says if you add a tip..to file n cut it to match the lengths of the other nails...THIS TRICK..was really about to leave this LONG tip on my hand with MY short nails and when i told her i hope cutting it...she looks at me dumb and says you wanted a tip right?..I stopped her said YOU WILL NEVER TOUCH MY NAILS AGAIN...MY NAILS LOOK HORRIBLE AND CHARGED ME $35.I paid her and said I WILL NEVER BE BACK!! She is ignorant and rude! and im confused how she passsed her test to become a nail tech!?!?...DO NOT GO THERE! It never a wait because THEY SUCK!
