Usually was a loyal customer but I went there over a week ago and was SO disappointed. I had a 5pm appointment, during that app someone walks in and asked for a full acrylic set. The lady had me sitting there for 30 minutes and my nails were soaked in 10 min. Will NEVER return. Bad customer service.
