I worked one time for Nanny Poppinz and the I wouldnt recommend this agency because they don't care about the nannies but profit. The nannies are sent on gigs without hardly any information so I don't feel confident about the assignment because Im not sure what I am supposed to be doing. Also the recruiters are out of state Florida (Tracy) so they negotiate incorrect rates and if it's too low they ask the nanny to negotiate with the parents. Asked for higher rate and was given such an attitude when I was called 9:00 pm before the job and offered a job when without notice even though I had another job to go after gig. They need to be considerate and grateful that someone is available last minute.
