Studio 29 is one of the best hair salon/barbershop out there! My boyfriend has been coming here for awhile and each time he goes he comes out 100% satisfied. Willy (his barber) always does an amazing job and his haircuts never disappoint! This place has such a welcoming environment and everyone is very nice. They even have a pool table for customers that are waiting and always have music playing in the background. Not only do they do hair but that also do nails:) Very nice location for when you need your hair or nails done.

If you are a busy working mom who schedules an appointment, takes time off work to be on time you, you obviously expect to be seen on time. Not waiting around for more than 1hour to begin what’s already going to be a very long color process. Don’t get me wrong color is on point, team is friendly. However it’s hard enough getting an appointment and then you show up because that’s all that’s available yet don’t get seen on time is ridiculous. With all those girls working you could foil much faster 2 at time. I love your color Mary and your team but my time is precious. You need to manage your appointments and team much better. This for me is enough to go somewhere else.

This place isn’t professional at all. I got a hair perm done my Violeta and Maria. They left the Perm in for about 30 mins because I had recently dyed my hair black and supposedly it wasn’t grabbing on to my hair. After getting my hair permed my hair got fried and fell off almost completely. My hair is still thin due to the perm. It’s really hard to regrow your hair out when it’s been fried. Maria Roman didn’t do anything about the issue. This is literally the worse place to get your hair treated. Another lady also got her hair dyed and said her hair felt dried. That’s because their products are cheap and they over charge. The team is friendly but they’re ignorant and unprofessional. Sincerely they shouldn’t be treating hair if they have no clue what they’re doing!

What I love the most about this place is that no matter who you are the lovely ladies always make you feel like family. I drive from Chicago to stone park just for my hair and let me tell ya its totally worth it. They do an amazing job!!!

Terrible customer service. Don't answer calls and when I do get on the phone, they put me on hold for 30 mins. If I could give 0 stars I would. I would never recommend this
