I called on Thursday 07-22-21 and requested an appointment with Brandon. My coworker referred me to this location and to this technician. When I phoned the gentleman that answered was very rude and before I could even ask if there were appointments available stated, “We busy call back”. I then called back on Friday beginning at 11:00am. I didn’t get an answer from anyone until 12:58pm. I this time was able to ask if Brandon had any appointments for later in the day. I was told no that he was booked but given an appointment for Saturday 07-24-21 at 2:00pm. I arrived to the salon at 2:05pm. I was greeted by someone at 2:15pm at that point she said something to who I’m taken was Brandon in her native tongue which I couldn’t understand. She then in an agitated manner tells me that I have no appointment with Brandon. I then show her my phone and the time I called and gave her the information as to who I spoke to. She walks away and returns to the front at 2:36pm to let me know that Brandon would be finished soon. She then takes a lady that came in after me. I express to her that I have Church an hour and half away and that if he can’t take me I must go. She then states, “I don’t know how fast he polishes”. She again walks away. I finally left at 2:40pm never being fully addressed. Wow 😮. My experience was terrible. So if anyone reads this and lives in this area please send me information for a professional and competent nail salon. I have been struggling to find one . Drove almost an hour to get here just to be made a fool of.

I love this salon!! Everytime my daughter's and I get our nails done there, we are treated kindly, very comfortable staff and atmosphere.. not to mention they do amazing work!! Everytime I get a service from a different employee, I'm never disappointed!! Everyone does great work! It is a bit pricey or I would give 5 stars, but I would much rather pay a little more for excellent service!! highly recommended!!👍💅

VERY DISAPPOINTED! Used to b my fav💅 salon! I came every few weeks, 💅 and 👣.. always same price$$.. I come yesterday & saw only 2ppl I've never seen.. I asked for my usual mani pedi.. they charged Xtra 10$/4nails.. was always 40$, they said it's 50$!! So I said ok, how much for polish change my toes they said 20$!! I've NEVER been to a salon that charged 20$ to change polish! AND they wouldn't budge on the $$ and I'm a regular!! I paid the balance and said ur gonna start losing customers fast doing this & I'll be taking my business elsewhere! BAD BUSINESS PINKY'S!! I WOULDN'T GO HERE UNLESS U WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF!!! Smh 🤦🏻♀️👎👎

I’ve been going to Pinky’s for years and have never had a bad experience! I LOVE PINKY’S!!!!

I've been going to the Galloway location a little over a year and half now. Phoenix is the most talented technician I've ever had the pleasure of going to! Her attention to detail and meticulous demeanor is hands down sublime! She is just spectacular. The unfortunate downside, I always have to wait an hour OR MORE over my appointment time. There have been times I was in the salon almost 6 hours because she double booked. I've been dealing with it because her talent just felt worth it. But at some point this has got to stop. I feel my time should be considered.
