Yeah, don't think I'll be going back there. I've NEVER been to a nail salon where I had to pay before services are rendered. All I needed was a Polish change on fingers & toe nails. The lady doing my toes spoke not a lick of English, not even broken English. She didn't even understand it. I had to show her that she needed to polish the corner of my toe nails. Instead of gently moving my feet over, she roughly grabbed my pinkie toes!!! Now, I'm assuming that the woman who did my fingernails, owns the place. She is not skilled in nail painting, AT ALL!!!! Y'all, the woman painted my cuticles!!!!! I actually like the polish colors that I choose, but she tried to get me to add other stuff that I didn't ask for. I only went because it was close to my house.... I was able to walk there. But this was not worth the convenience!

I just left this so called business & I agree with the previous post, I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK THERE! I was insulted by the male owner, because he asked me to pay before my pedicure was even started, REALLY? I have been going there mostly to get my eyebrows done, but now its all out the window! No the nail tech did not speak a lick of English & it was awful considering everytime she does my pedi something's wrong with it & you expect me to pay ahead of time. This man literally stood over me arguing back & forth as if I'm capable of running out the door without paying. He called me crazy, because I said his so called rule (pay before services rendered) is crazy! No sir, YOU WILL NOT TALK 2 ME DISRESPECTFUL. I only went there because they are right around the corner, but you will not get that chance again!
I will not take this lightly. I will be calling someone come Monday morning, because everything that happened today was totally unacceptable!
Please do not give them any of our business! This is exactly why he feels he can get away with talking & handling us badly!

I wish I could grade this shop a 0. I've been going there for years and the owner Dip is disrespectful and don't have respect for her customers. She talks to your reckless. She makes you pay as soon as you sit down. Its no hello, take off my polish! She serves 99% of African women and if we stuck together to ban this shop she will feel it!

Awful eyelash experience. Customer requests are ignored and the glue is ridiculously hard to remove. When I saw the first eye and expressed that it was too much, the employee seemed aggravated and continued to do what she wanted. I would like to give 0 starts, but had to do one to write the review.

Never go to this nail shop nails fall off in a week no good service don't like being told something is wrong ! Bad service don't waste your money going here you going to be very upset
