Disappointed. I walked in and said I wanted dip, the lady said “gel” since I’m indifferent I said fine. The man had my hands dipped in acetone for close to 30 minutes then used the nail buffer tool to get rid of the dip I had on my hands. My nails are so thin they hurt. To make matters worse not even 12 hours after the color was placed it is now chipping.
They were severely understaffed they were basically shooing away business. Come here at your own risk.

I had asked for acrylic powder but they gave me the dip powder and when I pointed that out, the lady said next time say that’s what I wanted and proceeded to do my nails how I told her I did not want them. My nails are very thin as you can see in the picture. This is NOT what I wanted. I got a pedicure as well and the rhinestones came off my feet 20 minutes after my appointment and they refused to give me my money back. Another thing I wanted to point out is that the girl scratched or picked her nose then proceeded touching my feet. As I was leaving I also saw a cockroach on the floor, I will never go back to this place again, disgusting and horrible quality.

I've traveled coast to coast and noone does a better job than Victor! I drive out of my way to return.

This was the worse manicure ive ever had. Neither of the 2 women that were there spoke very good english, so i had to contantly repeat myself. I expressed to both women that i had a full set with dip on my hands. However, instead of wrapping them with foil she ripped the nails off my fingers. Which not only ripped all my natural nails off underneath the dip, but also made my nail beds very sore. If that was not enough while she was painting my nails, part of the brush came off onto my paint job. I told her multiple times but she continued to just paint over it. Then i was charged extra to have my gel pedicure removed. If you are going to charge extra to take off a regular jel manicure, you should tell your customers that first. I will never use this place again or recommend to anyone. If i could of given zero stars, i would have.

Every since I moved to this city from Glendora I had to search for a closer nail place. An I happened to go to Albertsons an I walk in to Elite an had my nails done so bottom line I've been very impressed an happy because I'm very particular with my nails an usually I hop around but now I wait until I make time to go with either Victor or Amy . Did I mention they're friendly an very accommodating also very reasonable... I like the fact that they're very personal to because they remember you an your name 2 thumbs up😊
