I’m not a person who typically writes reviews but yesterday was extremely disappointing.
I waited too much and my french nail is absolutely not good.. The line is remarkably uneven and she did my nails with dust.. I can’t remove the dust😂 Please check the photos..
I didn’t take pictures of all my nails, here’s a representative sample for you. All my nails are in a similar condition..
She said french nail is $41 so I said okay. But she said if you want to change the shape,shaping is $5 extra. The nail salons that I used to go don’t charge it, so I said no I’m okay. and she said then I’ll charge only $3, I said no but thank you. So I thought there’s no extra charge.
The thing is that the price was different from what she initially said and she just charged it $1.50 more without any explanation, but I didn’t say anything to her and I still tipped 18%..
Yesterday was so disappointing.
Don’t do french nails there.

Editing 2 days later: the gel overlay is peeling off 4 fingers so far. I am not sure what happened this time but I am super unhappy with my nails.
I am usually very happy when I come here…today was different. I wanted an ombré pink and white. Pretty easy. My nails are awful. they are all different size and shapes, looks like I did it at home by myself. I usually don’t complain but I am not satisfied at all. The tech also was very rough on my cuticles and I was bleeding on multiple fingers.

I just got the worst manicure here. The woman went so fast, I don't know that I was with her even 10 minutes. She very quickly cleaned up around my cutices after barely pushing my cuticles back. She didn't take off the clear polish i hadd on and had to ask her to at the end and she didn't get it all off. As you can see my nails are still a mess. Buffed my nails all randomly. Very lightly filed careless. I would have done a clear gloss, but I asked for no polish because im going to have to go home and do my nails myself. I was going to come back tomorrow for a pedicure but I will be finding another salon.

I had the absolute worst experience at this place I came here bc my normal nail tech was out of the country. It was days before my birthday & my job was flying me to Houston for the work week & I needed my nails and toes done. I tried them out. Need less to say their service is horrible. Lisa & Flower work on me. Flower did the best she could. I’m an extremely picky person. But I try to give people the benefit of the doubt. I told the nail text that my thumb nail was lifting & that I needed to be replaced instead she put some glue on it & painted over the issue. I spent 100$ when I got home that same thumb nail broke I called them immediately to let them know. The owner answered & told me to come back the next day at noon. I came back they told me they were busy & asked me to come back 3 hours later. I refused to leave. They made me wait 1hr & 30 minutes to fix one nail. The lady that fixed it was soooooooo aggressive. I’m over this salon I’m literally inside here now writing this review!!! Run from this place!!!

First impression, it smells really bad. Like feet and honestly they could work on cleanliness. Someone should deep clean all of their machines. Second, the nail tech buffed my cuticles that I bled and continued to have pain on other nails when I got home. I would not suggest this place.I also had to use neosporin to heal the cuticles… never had to do that in over 20 years of getting my nails done.
Pedicure person was ok.
