Absolutely love this place and the service. Couldn't figure which color I wanted and my nail specialist, I think it was Patty helped me pick out a fantastic color. I love that the owner even if I've been absent for several months still remembers my name every time I walk in that door.

Shredded my cuticles. Asked for glue along my free edge - ignored me. Was scolded for useing the gel light incorrectly (never happened to me before, but they have very deep lights, so get your whole hand in there.) I asked for a correction on a nail because another nail tech filed it crooked, but she insisted that it was crooked because my natural nail grows crooked. Even after I explained that that had never happened before and that I'm not new to acrylics, she pretty much dismissed my request - nail is still crooked. Also, I asked for a nail design I get often, and she must have thought it was silly, because literally every other nail tech came over the look at my nails and make comments. At least I thought it would be less expensive than other places, but I was charged $35 for this. I know for a fact a friend pays $25. So... Yeah. 🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️

AWFUL. gave me flair tips when i told them exactly what i wanted and showed them 5 pictures. Ive never been so dissatisfied with a nail service in my life. I always thought it was impossible to get a bad manicure. not after visiting this place. The guy actually argued with me when i told him that he was doing the wrong thing. I had to get up and leave because they were being so rude.

I'm not very happy with the job. I walked in to have my gel nails removed and new put on. After I left I realized that the polish is not very close to the cuticle. It's about the same distance away as it would be after a week. This will be grown out in a week and a waste of money for me.
