I used Bleu Salon for my wedding party. We were five people. Let me start by saying Pam was so accommodating from the beginning. We had a great experience with not one problem during our visit. Everyone was so kind and professional. Everyone’s hair and make up looked great and not one of my party was unhappy with their experience. Pam was even able to squeeze in an extra two mani’s and a pedi, last minute for us. Will be rebooking with them again for our wedding reception next year.!! I definitely recommend them!!

I went for a lash extension fill and the technician was 15 minutes late and still ended the appointment at time it was supposed to end rather than going over to give me the full hour I paid for. This happened to my mom when she went for a lash appointment the day after showing up for her original appointment just to be told they didn't have glue... On top of that she charged me for a 3 week fill ($80) when it was only 2 weeks which I would have been fine with me if my appointment wasn't rushed. It hasn't even been a week and my lashes look terrible. I wish I would have went back for my money! I understand that people are late sometimes but this was 3 bad experiences in a row

Had a facial and gel manicure. The facial was great and the woman was extremely sweet and friendly, HOWEVER... the manicure was absolutely horrible. It took the girl 25 minutes alone to get my old polish off. She ended up filing my entire nail down to as thin as paper. It's been two days and my nails still hurt. AND the gel polish is already peeling. Worst manicure I have ever received and will NEVER go back. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Also wanted to add my friend had the same problem and the polish peeled the next day. She went back and asked if they could fix it and they told her they didn't have a girl to fix it. No refund or credit or anything.

I made an appointment for a blowout here at 11:00 a.m. I had to be out of the salon by noon which wouldn’t be a problem since blowouts only take about 30 min. I showed up to the salon at 11:00 sharp and no one took me for my hair until about 11:30. My blowout was well done but I thought it was unprofessional to keep someone waiting for 30 minutes who already had an appointment booked. In the future I would have rather have them tell me they were busy at that time so I could’ve rearranged my schedule instead of waiting around for a half hour
