I have been a faithful ULTA shopper for years. They are just amazing. Everyone I've dealt with has been warm, friendly, and helpful. If they can't answer a question about a product or specific brand, they will find someone who knows the answers.
The rewards program is fantastic. Definitely worth it! I average about a hundred dollars in credit after just a couple trips.
I have gone in there after work, or just exhausted with no makeup on and was still treated wonderfully. (Other stores I've went to in the same condition did not treat me as well.)

I walked into Ulta on a whim to see if I could find a better foundation and I was lucky enough to meet Sonya. She matched me with a foundation, walked me through what she was doing, gave me some tips on how to get the look I was aiming for, and she was patient with all of my questions. Her kindness was refreshing and definitely made my experience there a great one. Also major props to Shelby, who was running multiple registers by herself to make the checkout process smooth and efficient.

If I could give this salon zero stars I would. As a first time customer I specifically told then I need a 2 hour time slot I get there day of after scheduling time off of work and they over booked so I was informed that They would not even have time to give me the style that I wanted. As a customer it shouldn't even be my responsibility to know how long I need but I did know and told them I need at least a 2 hour time slot and they still couldn't get it right.. dont waist your time go to a real salon
