Overpriced. Got a full set acrylic with white tips. Only nail polish they used was a clear coat. They charged me $33 for that. My nails are short. It says $22 & up. Where is the justification for $11. They rip you off. Nail Care way better and just down the street., they were just too busy to take me. I'm super pissed not worth the price for only taking a 1/2 an hour to do them

My first time going here was really good. My second time waso bad because I came in for afull set of No chip and my nails just started popping off after one week. But I decided to give them another chance and I was not let down. Jimmy was patient and funny and held a conversation very well. I loved the experience and my nails. I honestly think it just depends on who you have.

Worst place ever! My pedicure literally lasted 10min total. They don’t clean the pedicure stands at all.
I saw women come in after and they don’t even rinse or put any kind of cleaning liquids. They reuse the pumice sponge on everyone, when they are done they just rinse it off in your same dirty pedicure water and throw it back in the drawer. I hope I don’t get an infection or anything. Never coming back here again. The staff is nice but not clean at all!

I love OP nails. The whole staff is always very pleasant and accommodating from manicures, pedicures, eyebrows and facials. I've been going there for years and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Thank you to the entire staff of OP Nails. Your real clients appreciate your hard work.

Will not return to this nail salon again. Manicure/ Pedicure were rushed when salon wasn’t even busy, couldn’t even enjoy a relaxing pedicure. Full set nails look horrible, every nail is a different length and shape. When I went back and got some of the issue fixed I even asked the worker if the person who did my full set did a good job and couldn’t even respond. Money and time wasted here. Never again.
