Horrible. The owner is rude and ugly to clients. She told me she didn't want to repair one nail because she had better clients on the way. Then argued with me for 5 minutes while no one pulled up. I only continued the argument to record the response and her attitude. This place sucks. I waited another 5 minutes outside still no other client.

Saturday, February 16, 2013, was my first amd LAST visit to this place. There was only one customer in there besides myself so I thought that the nail tech would cater to me since the place wasnt so busy. Boy, was I wrong! I asked to soak off the old nails and while I was soaking the nail tech was trying to hurry and file them off. She was extremely rough, and I asked her could she take it easy with the file. I told her she was filing too hard with the mechanical file. The nail tech replied that, " that is the only way I know how to do it" So I asked her that if I cannot take her harsh way of doing things then maybe I shouldnt get my nails done and she agreed. She said that her customer know that she does it hard! So I told the lady I'd pay her for what she did do and that I was not going to use their services. She had the nerve to charge me $5, and the old nails were still on. So I handed the lady my debit card and she told me that she'd have to charge me an extra .50, for using my debit card. I laughed and handed her 2 quarters and told her charge the $5. I signed my receipt and got the hell out of there. I don't know if the lady was tired or what, but because of my experience that day, I will NEVER return to dazzling nails. Anyone that prefers to be treated nicely and pampered should go elsewhere....I ended up going to Lavish Nails on Perkins, and they did an awesome job. My mani-pedi looks great and they were very, very nice to me! Everything happens for a reason
