I have been here for three years. Overall I have been very happy. They offer a military discount which is nice and the rental price has stayed the same for 37 months. The maintenance folks are very responsive to trouble calls. They work hard to keep the community looking good and have made recent improvements to the steps of some of the buildings. The complex is well maintained. The property manager has been great to work with. The office staff are pleasant and the hours of operation work well. Some of the residents are slobs however. They don't clean up their messes when they drop trash while taking it out to the dumpsters. This degrades the quality of the community somewhat. But overall the community is okay, with no major issues.

My wife and i have lived here for 6 yrs.office very helpful . maintenance very good and efficient.good neighbors in a good neighborhood.walking dist to shopping centers.great location..only criticism i have is the landscapeing has suffered over the years due to multiple changes in landscapers..also let me say well lit up at nite makes for a safe place to live...

Don't rely on this place to do anything about the slippery steps going in/out of the doors to the buildings because they don't. There's not even traction on the steps, so if a pregnant lady or the elderly were to slip and fall and seriously hurt themselves, then they're on their own.
You'd think with $48,000 they get per building (10) each month =470,000/mo. approx. 980 per unit, the place would have steps that would be more safe.
The place needs a serious makeover because the hallway carpet is outdated and with people having pets, things tend to smell weird.
