I love Belle Nails! I followed Vi there from Creative Nails and love Belle. I have been to many different salons in Frederick (because of scheduling and going with friends to their appointments) and always end up going to Belle to have things fixed or touched up! No one else gives me exactly what I ask for on my acrylics and shapes my toe nails correctly!

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT go here. I saw the average reviews and thought, "oh it won't be so bad". I was wrong. I got a mediocre pedicure but my manicure was horrific. The line was so incredibly crooked and then when it was messed up twice the lady was not so eager to make it better. I'm so mad I spent the money I did on a crappy manicure that I am going to remove right away. Go somewhere GOOD and not somewhere convenient. This was a waste of time and money.

I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS EVER AGAIN!!! I have been going to this nail salon for years. On my most recent visit the nail tech cut me while I was getting a pedicure. The injury is very painful. I informed management/ownership and they gave me the worst attitude. At first, I was begrudgingly offered a small discount on my next service and one of the nail techs chimed in and said “If you don’t like you go to another store.” I said to him “who likes being cut?!?!” I did not realize that I was supposed to enjoy being injured. Finally after I held my ground I was given a refund.
The manager/owner CHOSE to handle this situation with a long term customer completely inappropriately. I will no longer patronize the business and I will advise my family and friends to stay away as well.

Today I went for a relaxing pedicure and manicure that turned into a complete disaster. I got my nails painted with regular paint and a pedicure. The paint must have been older because it kept smearing and there was a lot of indents in the paint. I asked my nail tech if she could fix it for me and she kept covering it up with more paint which in turn made my nails a gooey mess that would not dry. When it came time to pay, I was tired and ready to leave. 3 of my nails were just destroyed but i was just going to let it go. We had now been there for 2 hours. When I went to pay I asked for a small discount (literally 5 dollars) because the paint was just ruined and I was going to take it off when I got home anyway. The nail techs and owners proceeded to loudly speak their language as if they were angry. She yelled loudly to her other coworker “she not pay!!!” In front of all the customers and everything. Some girl that’s onviously a regular got involved and called me stingy because i asked for a discount on my trashed nails!!! She said she would fix it but I asked her to fix it before and it just made it worse because she just kept layering paint overtop. So I gave her my card anyway, after a verbal altercation. Once out to the car I checked my bank account and they charged me $110 for a $45 service. I’m not like this but I want people to protect themselves!!! I had my card unauthorized used by these people!!! They charged me 77 extra dollars for my nails. Ridiculous and I will never be back, and you probably shouldn’t go here either!!! The techs also never spoke English or not one word to me during my time here. It was very rude.

ZERO stars.. I have been getting my nails done for years.. my tech from another nail salon is out of town. Trusted these reviews.. FALSE.. one hand longer than the other. Less than 24 hours had to go back for chipped gel. Uneven nails. Lumpy acrylic. Go back for a fix and daughter and I decided to try pedicures.. MISTAKE!! I.have white paint from my French all over my toes. Paid 38 for a 20 min pedi. My daughter's Mani and pedi was a nightmare. Tech used old thinned paint. Paint smeared. We asked for a small discount and told no, We re-do". Mind you we had already been there for 2 hours. Tech was alerted about the screw up, she proceeded to add more old paint to the mess she already created. Was attacked by one of their obvious loyals. Then the STRAW!! My daughter's debit card was chargedfor 110 dollars for a 45 dollar service. It's called TIP stealing!! They have been reported to the BBB. LADIES BEWARE!!!
