I cannot say enough good things about Lee Spa Nails. I initially went based on the good reviews but I stopped going anywhere else because it is so fantastic. The staff is so friendly and they always do a fantastic job. I would recommend making an appointment because they are usually busy (especially on weekends) but I'd say that's a sign that they're doing something right.

Wow, i called to get a price on a service and to schedule an appointment and the lady that answered did not have any time or patience to answer my quesiton. I promise you it was one question and because I could not understand her she said "when you come in u can see the prices for yourself". I am sorry but i have many many years of customer service and that is NOT AT ALL the way you treat potential customers. NOT only that but the lady hung up on me after i told her that the purpose of my call is to get the price upfront before driving out to her. i will NEVER step foot into this place. you need us as customers, we don't need you because there are plenty of places out there that offer better services and better customer service with friendly staff.

If you're looking to get your nails done at Lee Spa Nails, I highly recommend making an appt with Tammy. I have been looking for a place that could do almond shaped (the right way) nails and also someone that can do ombré design. Tammy nailed it! So excited to go back and try the marble design with her!

My wife went there today, only to be ,completely, ignored. Very rude. Because of this ALL of the ladies in my family now refuse to go there. That's a loss of, at least, 6000$ a year. Enjoy the lost revenue and poor rating.

Tim at seat 13 is the ONLY person I will go to to get my nails done - the only person worth a damn in all of Monroe ! He always gives me the cleanest, sleekest nails and will fix anything just to make sure I’m happy with them ! 5 stars - highly recommend Tim !!
