My experience today was extremely horrible. I felt extremely disrespected and mistreated by the nail tech. I wish I could give this nail salon no stars. The lady who did my nails was very rude and showed that she didn't want to serve me or my 5yr old daughter today. When I arrived in the salon I was the only person waiting, after waiting patiently for almost 1 hr, 4 other people arrived after. When I finally got a chance to get in the seat it may have been around 7:30, which may have been close to their closing time but doesn't give anyone who is running a business a right to treat their customers the way I was treated today. I wanted to get my gel polish removed and redone, so I asked the price and the tech stated $30 so I asked how much would it be with acrylic and she said If you dont like it well dont get it. I explained to her that it was my first visit and I wanted to know the prices. She was continuously cutting me off and being rude as if she was trying to make me leave. At that point I told her I was feeling mistreated and she she was being rude. she stated she was going through some family issues but it didnt change her nasty attitude and rudeness. So at that point I told her we could only do one service because she was being really rude and was trying to get me to leave,the rudeness continued and all in front of my 5yr old, so I told her forget about the service and I would take my money elsewhere. She did not care at all how she treated me and my child. The customer service is horrible and I will never spend a dime with a business like them and I hope others reconsider as well. It is not worth being treated so rudely. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND NAIL TECHS

She totally ruined my eyebrows. No sense of handling customers. The lady doing my eyebrows she was mean and ruined my thick eyebrows by making it thin and also plucked out hairs that were not supposed too. I have a out of shape eyebrows now.

I was at Lee Nails three days go to get my nails done when my whole nail tip which was replaced theee days ago fell off. I went back for nail salon to repair and was treated very rude by owner. He was stated if you do not like how I do nails then find someone else. In fact if my nail was repaired right the first time then I would not be returning this early. THE OWNER IS VERY RUDE AND A HEALTH INSPECTOR NEEDS to come in for all the COCKROACHES in this salon. The feet spa tubs are never sterilizated. The nail techs do not appreciate your business. I will never return again. Three days ago I paid 80 dollars and tip the nail tech but never again. THIS SALON GIVES THE MALL A BAD ASPECT AND NEEDS TO BE CLOSED!!!! IT DESERVES NO STARS AND THEY ARE VERY RUDE TO CUSTOMER CHILDREN. I do not care if they look like it's busy no one in Orangeburg comes here anymore but they attend Star nails.

All my visits have been good. The guy who works there is friendlier and more talkative than the ladies. I've seen a lot of bad/negative reviews, but they are ALWAYS busy!
