They aren't just rude as everyone has been noting. Am I the only one who noticed how they swap tools between clients without cleaning them? I was bleeding, and every tool in the process of a full set touched the blood and went right back to being dipped in the acrylic powder or right back on the shelf waiting for the next person. Gross... I didn't stay to get my pedi. Especially when I just watched them drain the water and ask the next girl to sit... not even wiping it out or using any cleaning product.

I will NEVER go back to this place and I highly recommend going anywhere but here. I’m from out of town and so I just went to the place closest to me. Well I get my nails done pretty regularly, and I have never had such a terrible experience. The lady was careless and rough. She made me bleed and I told her FIVE TIMES that she was hurting me and she didn’t say a damn word, she looked up at me and went back to work, didn’t apologize not even once. Not only did she hurt me but she was doing my nails while she was doing someone else’s pedicure. So she kept getting up and leaving me for 10-15 minutes at a time. Yes, I was a walk in, but I called before I went over there to make sure they had time and was told they were completely open. So I was not prepared to spend 2 hours there and ended up being late to my aunts funeral, which is why I was in town. So my point is, this is the worst salon I’ve ever been to.

This place is great. Anita is such a doll. She is my go to girl for a pedi or mani. She goes the extra mile to make sure my nails and feet look great.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Went in to get a pink and white full set and took my 3 year old to get gel nails. They were very rude, my daughter was yanked by her arm because she couldn't reach the UV light! Super rude lady!!!! I told the ''MANAGER'' and all she said was I'll talk to her! Take your business elsewhere! Totally not worth it!

probably the worst nail salon i’ve ever been to. i came in and got acrylics and a pedicure and they were very rough and rude. all my fingers and toes were bleeding and it’s been three days and they still hurt and are very sore. i wish i didn’t have to give them even one star. worst nail salon. i recommend no one go here.
