I liked how friendly the younger owner is. I liked the cleanliness of the bathroom, decor, and style of music. There were a few hiccups. It was very cold inside the building. Granted, there was a huge snow storm that hit an hour before our appointment. The walls are thin for my taste but didn't bother my husband. Martha, my massage therapist was great. Good pressure and style for my ailments. I will be going back.

I bought a groupon 2 weeks ago. I have called and left messages twice to make an appointment but have not received a return phone call. From the reviews I have read do not make this feel very promising. 0 stars...still waiting....
UPDATE: They called me the next day to set my appointment. My appointment is today. Excited to get my massage by Martha

Buyer Beware
The owner will be glad to take your money but when it comes time to deliver the service it is all excuses and lies to push out your appointments.
We purchased 12 facials and every time we made an appointment she (Sonia) would have some excuse to cancel. "My tire got a flat; My car broke down; got into a car accident; I have the flu" just few of them. We made the mistake of paying by check and now this spa is closing permanently so we'll lose most of our money. It's a shame that people like this egregiously deceive customers and give small business' a bad reputation.

I just had by far the worst massage I have ever received from this spa. My appt was this Sunday at 9 am. My massage therapist didn't greet me, introduce herself, smile, or ask me any questions. She gave me the worst massage ever. I get massages frequently so I know what they are supposed to do. She appeared to be trying the techniques but instead was just stabbing me in the vertebrae or shoulder blades. She never asked me if the pressure was good or how it was going. The room was also very cold. Plus, she never even got my low back. How does a massage not even include the low back? I had a Groupon and was supposed to get an hour long massage and a 15 min lavender scalp massage. I have chronic migraines so the whole reason I picked this massage was because of the scalp massage. She rubbed my scalp a little but definitely not for 15 min. At the end of the massage she just said, "Your done." and left the room. When I got out of the room she didn't ask me how it was or anything. I am usually a shy person but I just wanted to make sure she knew she was supposed to give me a scalp massage. I just asked was the scalp massage included in that. Then she went off on me and started yelling, while another customer sat waiting for her massage. She said I was fifteen minutes late and that the massage starts when my schedule time is. I explained that I completely understood that, but first of all I was not 15 minutes late, I was five minutes late because I couldn't find the building. Also, my massage was scheduled for 9 am. It was only 10 am right now. How can an hour long massage and a fifteen min. scalp massage only take from 9-10. Then she started yelling again and said she wasn't the one that scheduled this appointment and that she had a 10 am appointment that she was now 5 minutes late for. I left frustrated instead of relaxed. It was the most ineffective and frustrating massage of my life. I just can't believe how rude this woman was to me from the very start.

Made an appt for 6 pm this evening and arrived 5 minutes early even though it is nearly impossible to find, particularly at night. Found the door and it was locked. Knocked and no answer. Called to see if someone would come unlock the door and no answer. This is after receiving a reminder at 5:15 from them reminding me of the appointment. Sat in our car until 10 minutes past and then left. If I hadn't bought the groupon I would never go back. Now I will have to find out if Groupon will reimburse us for the package of 6. Best part is that my daughter didn't go in to work this evening so she could have her microdermabrasion. Don't give it a chance unless you like wasted money and time.
