I came her 3 years ago with my big sister, to get my eyebrows done. This place has value to me just because my sister passed away but I still come here because of the service. I live 50 minutes from here now and this is the only place I let even touch my eyebrows. They always do them perfect. Good price. And I love the cards to get a free threading. I just drove 50 minutes to get them done. But it's Monday. They should consider being open Mondays.

I've been coming here for about 14 or 15 years. The location is very convenient. And I've had two very good hair stylists. Their prices are reasonable which I think makes a big difference to many of the seniors that go there. The new owner is trying to offer more services which is a plus.

I had a Groupon for a facial and eyebrow threading and this is how it went down.
Hello, I’d like to tell you about my bad experience at this salon. There were multiple things that were huge red flags for me regarding my visit here.
1) Upon my initial entry I was told that I shouldn’t use my Groupon because it takes 50% of the profit away from them and that they actually use it as just an advertisement for people to come to their place but they don’t let people use the Groupons that they ordered.... even tho I had spent $29 on this grouping and told them multiple times they eventually allowed me to use the Groupon at the end
2) I explained to them that my Groupon was for a facial and eyebrow threading. During my facial they were constantly trying to sell me very expensive facial treatments like a microdermabrasion ($60), which I had to tell them at least 5 times I did not want because of the price and my previous experience with that type of facial. And then at the end of my facial she told me, “ok so the total price for this facial is $60” and I was like excuse me? I have a Groupon that I paid for. And all of this was while she was applying some brightening mask to my face, and she’s like oh really ok well I’m just going to put this on your face and charge you $10 extra. And she was already putting it on my face so by this time I couldn’t say no, it was far too late. I ended up paying for $6 for extra face threading (which I was aware of and asked for) but on top of that another $10 for part of the facial that I wouldn’t have wanted had I known that it was going to charge me extra. And on top of that a tip because I know Groupon expects us to tip full price. So on top of the $29 Groupon that I already purchased I had to pay another $19 for services that I did not want to receive and was almost forced to take part in.
I wish there was a way I could get my money back I am highly unsatisfied with this purchase. And it ended up costing me way more than I intended it to.
3) the facial was trash. All of my pores were still clogged and I still had my blackheads, she only spent about 45 second trying to remove them whereas other places would spend a few minutes on it. I ended up breaking out the next day very bad and I don’t even have bad skin.
