I have been a customer in this nail salon for quite some time I have even recommended it to others and the past few times they have not been doing my nails the way I’ve asked. Tina doesn’t seem to like to do short nails because she gets aggravated when I ask her to cut down my nails. I will be finding another nail salon.

I went in today to get a UV gel fill in... I decided to just get color gel instead. Tina preceded to drill the previous UV gel off my nails. Once she did the first nail, and I saw how heavly handed she was with the drill, I asked her to please be extremely careful because 1 my nails are thin, and 2 I really don’t want all of those deep lines cut into my nails. Needless to say what happened next. 5 nails with deep lines cut into my nails. When I pointed it out to her, she said it wasn’t her that did it. (Did I drill them into my nails myself?) Ok that’s no big deal right? Just move on... I ignored the rest of my service trying to not make it a big deal and when she finished polishing my nails I realized that all of my nails are different shapes. When I asked her if I could come back when she had time, so she could fix them, she told me no. That’s there is nothing that she could do for me. Keep in mind when I paid I still left a tip trying to not leave on bad terms, but when she told me she was not willing to fix her work, that’s what pissed my off. The nerve. I will never step foot into this horrible place again.

Wow! I just noticed a fraudulent charge on my Florida credit card at this NJ salon. When I called to share that they had a customer use a stolen card number, the person answering said .... oh, yes... a customer today did not know their pin but we ran the card anyway. I explained again that it was a stolen card and she hung up on me.

Love that they will take anyone who enters. A little disappointed that every time when asked to do a specific design I never get what I ask for...other than that they do great pedicures and waxings.

I have been going here for 15years❤....they use to have good service...now they seem rude and unattentive ..they charged twenty dollars for this color combo that had scratches...$50 whole set and color...no cuticle moisturizer or hand massage...I also wanted pointy nails...sorry but never again
