I went in for a wax, and left with a bunch of bed bug bite. I grew up in salons and know that if state board walked in they would be screwed! Please be safe everyone, dirty cheap salons are a health hazard.

Best customer service I’ve ever have received. These people are down to earth and I love them so much for taking me in and help me when I show up with no appointment. I’ve been their customer for 2 years and never been disrespected or mistreated. Love you LV SAPA & Nails keep up the good work.

The lady that did my nails burnt my fingers while filling, nails are crooked and they made my nails bleed. They changed 15 when it wasn’t posted on the bored didn’t even fully paint my nails don’t go here!!!!

I've been going here for years and am very loyal to them because of their amazing service. My nails and toes always look fabulous and stay looking good for weeks.

HORRIBLE PLACE THEY THREATEN ME AND WOULD NOT FIX A CHIPPED NAIL THAT HAPPENED ONE DAY AFTER I GOT THEM DONE. I originally came on Saturday to get my nails done an hour from closing. I told one of the workers Bella I believe her name that I should get a new set because my nails are growing out of the actual acrylic nails she said no no you’re fine.. I know I wasn’t fine. I woke up the next day my nails are chipped and they were already outgrown on the side it looked horrible. I’m not from this area but drove an hour here and was told to come back in an hour and the owner would fix it..they wouldn't fix it so then I asked for a refund. He yelled and kicked me out for asking for better service. Had to call the cops.. poor cop handled the owner really good, but the owner got his customers involved and yelled at the police man. Who does that? How trashy? Only pure trash would come here. Save your money!!! They also pretended to not all speak English to the cops. Cops aren’t stupid and neither am I.
