Good service, but on a day as cold as today, 9 degree weather, no heat inside? The workers were all bundled up and forced to work under those conditions. Erie Nails, Treat your employees better.

(The one next to Erie lanes). When you walk in the one in the second table on the left aviod her. I am someone who does not like drama or anything, so who ever I am given to I go for it. Today was horrible the lady rushed through my eyebrows and left them thin as can be. They look like roller coaster rides! She placed the wax hot! and a lot she just slapped on and ripped it off. She zoomed away to her car and I did not even get to pay her, I went to someone and did pay even though I hated them.

Paid my cab $30 to go there as always my regular visit getting my nails. Eyelash and. Eye brows waxed, like wise my daughters, and I had to take d lashes off immediately after they were done before I leave the shop, I don't feel clientele at all, very disappointed, I pay my way, people need to know how to appreciate businesses fr others,, I pay I tip I don't complain, I pay cab just to go there far fr home and often times not happy,, I am thinking to make a change in going there

I have been coming here for over 20 years. For the most part the service is great. There are some technicians that get upset when you are very particular about how you want your nails. I just go to the techs. that I know, know what they are doing, and care about how they do your nails. I don't go anywhere else, so that must say something about Erie!!

Great experience! Place gets pretty packed! Go on a rainy day! Other than that, great service and they are always friendly!
