I was charged $40 for an acrylic fill although their sign shows they start at $20. My nails weren't in dire need of a fill. I had two nails with moderate lift along the cuticle & the technician pried & pried & cut to FULLY remove them adding a charge of $5 ea. She cut my finger, pressed her un gloved finger into my wound & dabbed the blood drops on a towel which had acrylic dust on it. She trash talked my nail tech who BTW is fabulous. She negatively talked about my nails to co workers in Vietnamese, it was obvious through gestures & pointing. Also, this business is not open 24 hrs as their google web page shows.
I am reporting this business to the BBB & the local board of cosmetology.

Not a fan at all! The place was dusty, the people were curt and rude. The person who did my nails handled my hands very roughly, and I have the knicks on my skin to show for it. By the time it got to polishing, I was so exasperated with the whole experience that I didn’t even say anything when the polish I picked turned out to be a mood changing polish that nobody had advised me of previously. I will not be back.

I love this place! Very good customer service, the man who did my nails was named Andy & he was hilarious & did an incredible job.

I always have a positive experience here and the nails they do are beautiful! Definitely recommend.
